摘要 动物福利实施的直接效应更多的是降低生产效率,但是另一方面能改善动物心理和生理健康,从而间接提高生产效率、增加效益。然而自21世纪以来,随着集约化、规模化养猪生产的发展,各大养猪场普遍出现母猪发情迟缓、体况差、生产性能下降、淘汰率高等现象,这些严重影响到母猪的利用率,给养殖场造成很大的损失。为了提高和改善我国养猪场母猪生产福利。文章将从饲养工艺模式以及环境富集程度这两个方面来综述动物福利在国内外母猪生产周期中的应用和研究进展,以期提高和完善动物福利在我国猪生产实践中的应用和水平,促进生猪产业可持续健康发展。 The direct effect of animal welfare implementation is to reduce production efficiency,but on the other hand,it can improve the mental and physical health of animals,thereby indirectly improving production efficiency and increasing benefits.However,since the beginning of the 21st century,with intensive and large-scale production,the phenomenon of slow estrus,poor physical condition,decreased production and reproductive performance,and high elimination rate have been common in major farms,which seriously affect the utilization rate of sows.Caused great losses to the farm.In order to improve and improve the welfare of sows in our farms,this paper reviews the application and research progress of animal welfare in the sow production cycle at home and abroad from the two aspects of feeding technology model and environmental enrichment.Enhance and improve the application and level of animal welfare in China's pig production practice,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the pig industry.
