摘要
针对日用陶瓷铣削加工过程中易出现边缘破损现象,对600℃素烧后的坯体进行铣削加工工艺参数的实验研究,分析了坯体边缘破损的产生机理,构建了坯体边缘破损的检测几何模型。实验结果表明:可以通过改变铣削速度、刀尖直径、进给速度,从而对铣削过程中的边缘破损进行控制。研究为减小日用陶瓷铣削加工过程中出现的边缘破损现象提供理论依据。
In view of the phenomenon of edge damage in the milling process of domestic ceramics,the experimental research on the milling process parameters of plain-fired biscuit of 600℃is carried out,the mechanism of edge damage is analyzed,and the geometric model of edge damage detection is constructed.The experimental results show that the edge damage can be controlled by changing the milling speed,tip diameter and feed speed.The research provides a theoretical basis for reducing the edge damage in the milling process of domestic ceramics.
