摘要
当前,我国高职院校二级学院教务管理的工作内容日益增多,二级学院的教务管理在整个高校的教务管理中发挥着日益重要的作用。因此,对高职院校二级学院教务管理的优势与实施对策进行深入研究,对于提升高职院校的整体管理水平具有重要意义。本文首先对我国高职院校二级学院教务管理工作的现状进行了分析,然后从四方面提出了高职院校二级学院教务管理优化与实施的对策,以期我国高职院校的管理水平得到不断提升。
At present, the content of educational administration management of secondary colleges in higher vocational colleges is increasing day by day. The educational administration management of secondary colleges plays an increasingly important role in the whole educational administration management of colleges and universities. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the advantages and implementation strategies of educational administration management in secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges, so as to improve the overall management level of higher vocational colleges. This paper first analyzes the current situation of the educational administration management in the secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges in China, and then puts forward the countermeasures for the optimization and implementation of the educational administration management in the secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges from four aspects, in order to improve the management level of higher vocational colleges in China.
