喹硫平联合多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能及单胺类递质水平的影响 被引量:21

Effect of quetiapine combined with donepezil on cognitive function and monoamine neurotransmitter levels in patients with Alzheimer’s disease

摘要 目的探讨喹硫平联合多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病患者的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将我院89例阿尔茨海默病患者分组,对照组44例给予多奈哌齐治疗,观察组45例增加喹硫平联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗后5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、脑血管储备功能(CVR)、精神症状评分(NPI)、认知功能评分(MMSE)、日常生活能力(ADL)、临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组治疗后BHI值、DA、NE、5-HT水平、ADL、MMSE评分及总有效率高于对照组,NPI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良事件发生率无明显区别(P>0.05)。结论喹硫平联合多奈哌齐能够有效调节阿尔茨海默病患者的单胺类神经递质水平,改善脑血管储备功能及精神行为症状,促进认知功能恢复,提升日常生活能力,安全性高。 Objective To analyze the efficacy of quetiapine combined with donepezil in patients with Alzheimer’s disease. Methods A total of 89 patients with Alzheimer’s disease in our hospital were enrolled and divided to two groups randomly. Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with donepezil. In the observation group,45 patients were treated with quetiapine combined with donepezil. The level of serotonin(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA),cerebrovascular reserve function(CVR),NPI scores,cognitive function score(MMSE),daily living ability(ADL),clinical efficacy and safety in two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the BHI,DA,NE,5-HT,ADL,MMSE scores and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the NPI score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the two group was no difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Quetiapine combined with donepezil can effectively regulate monoamine neurotransmitter levels in patients with Alzheimer’s disease,improve cerebral vascular reserve function and mental behavior symptoms,promote cognitive function recovery,improve daily living ability,and have high safety.
