摘要
目的探讨新婚性勃起功能障碍的相关因素。方法收集120例新婚性勃起功能障碍的患者和健康对照组70例,详细询问病史,进行国际勃起功能问卷调查,采用医院焦虑抑郁量表对患者心理进行评估,并应用SPSS18.0分析新婚性勃起功能障碍的相关因素,进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 Logistic回归分析显示焦虑抑郁是新婚性勃起功能障碍患者的主要危险因素。结论焦虑和抑郁状态与新婚性勃起功能障碍有关。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of honeymoon impotence. Methods Total of 120 patients diagnosed as honeymoon impotence and 70 men in the control group were recruited in the study. Their history, International Index of Erectile Function-5 score, and HAD score were recorded. SPSS 18.0 and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related parameters to honeymoon impotence. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that anxiety and depression were two main risk factors for honeymoon impotence. Conclusion The anxiety and depression are associated with honeymoon impotence.
