摘要
重大危机事件发生是重新审视和加深对经典传播理论认知的机会。在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情报道中,以医学专家为代表的意见领袖成为公众在认知、预防、治疗方面信息的权威来源,甚至可能影响到整个社会运作层面的部署决策,可谓这场特大瘟疫中的国民"保命大神"。通过医学社会学视角考察疫情中的医学意见领袖,他们是谁?因何又如何成为意见领袖?作为单一影响型意见领袖其权威的普遍化和转移过程中受到哪些因素影响?呈现出什么特点?在此基础上,本文结合次生舆情个案考察互联网时代医学领袖的特质,分析其社会支配角色与多重身份会导致何种社会期待偏差,并从公共服务角度探讨医学意见领袖应该如何发声。
When a serious pandemic outbreak, those who strive at medical profession actually act as gods of life, but not every expert can be an opinion leader. Those doctors who have more media exposure and public discussion not only make people trust their estimate, discuss their public speaking, act under their advice, but also influence the treatment regime and drug use, actually as a kind of great god of life. Thesis to compile statistics novel medical experts’ list of interviews during COVID-19 pandemic, compare their social media discussion degree, to find out who they are and how their professional reputation and social member role take effects, especially how their monomorphic leadership, as domain-specific specialist, transfer to polymorphic. and when they hypnotize people to help them against viruses, what factors will influence the quality of their public service.
