摘要
目的分析超声乳化与人工晶体植入及后囊膜撕开术在白内障患者治疗中的应用价值。方法2017年6月至2018年6月于本院接受治疗的173例白内障患者随机分组:对照组(超声乳化+人工晶体植入治疗)86例,试验组(超声乳化+人工晶体植入+后囊膜撕开)87例,分析应用价值。结果两组患者术后眼压、并发症发生概率、术后黄斑中心凹厚度对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。试验组患者术后1年后囊膜浑浊发生概率0.00%,对照组患者术后1年后囊膜浑浊发生概率4.65%,术后1年,试验组视力>0.6的患者比率明显高于对照组,有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化与人工晶体植入及后囊膜撕开术治疗白内障,对于远期疗效的提升具有重要价值。
Objective To analyze the value of phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantation and posterior capsulotomy in the treatment of cataract.Methods 173 patients with cataract who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(86 cases treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation)and the experimental group(87 cases treated with phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantation and posterior capsular tear),the application value was analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in intraocular pressure,incidence of complications and foveal thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of capsular opacity was 0.00%in the experimental group one year after operation,and 4.65%in the control group one year after operation.The rate of patients with visual acuity higher than 0.6 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group one year after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantation and posterior capsulotomy for cataract are of great value in improving the long-term efficacy.
