摘要
设备安装的找平找正方法是设备安装中非常重要的技术手段,总体可分为无垫铁安装和有垫铁安装。采用哪种方法要根据设备的技术要求及企业自身的技术水平。如采用有垫铁安装,必须分析设备及垫铁的受力状态,从而选择正确的找平找正方法,确定受力情况以便选择配置垫铁。
The method of adjusting the level and center of the equipment during installation is a very important technical means. It can be regarded as two method which are using plate or not using plate. Which one should be used attributed to the necessary of the technical requirements of the equipment or the technical level of the enterprise itself. If the plate is used,the mechanical state of the equipment and leveling plate itself must be analyzed. By this way,the correct method to adjust the level and center can be determined. We can also determine the force situation in order to select the size of the leveling plate.
