Optimization of air purge system of cold rolling temper mill

摘要 针对某冷轧平整机带钢表面平整液残留问题,分析了平整液残留的原因,根据吹扫系统吹扫位置分布以及压缩空气管路控制,采用了调整喷嘴角度、增加喷嘴数量、清理疏通气帘和导流槽以及定期检查压缩空气过虑装置等措施,基本杜绝了宽度1 800 mm以下规格带钢平整液残留缺陷,带钢表面质量得到明显提高。 Aiming at the problem of the temper solution residue on the surface of strip of a cold rolling temper mill,the causes were analyzed.According to the purge position distribution of the purge system and the control of the compressed air pipeline,some improvement measures were applied,such as adjusting the nozzle angle,adding nozzles,clearing the curtain and diversion channels, periodic inspecting compressed air filter,etc.,the temper solution residue defect of the strip which width gauge less than 1 800 mm was eliminated,and the strip surface quality had been significantly improved.
