糖尿病雄性SD大鼠PCNA、EGFR在睾丸组织的表达及相关因素的分析 被引量:1

摘要 30只大鼠随机平分为正常组(A组) 10只,糖尿病四周组(B组) 10只、糖尿病八周组(C组) 10只。免疫组化SABC法检测睾丸组织EGFR、PCNA。结果睾丸免疫组化显示PCNA免疫阳性细胞呈棕黄色颗粒,主要是精原细胞和初级精母细胞,支持细胞也有着色;EGFR在精母细胞、精子细胞、间质细胞和支持细胞均呈阳性反应。糖尿病大鼠PCNA和EGFR阳性率明显低于正常组大鼠(P <0.05),而随病程进展没有统计学差异,但与血糖呈负相关;PCNA、EGFR与睾丸重量呈正相关;PCNA与血清睾酮水平呈正相关,EGFR与血清睾酮水平无相关性。结论糖尿病组大鼠睾丸组织中PCNA和EGFR的表达都较正常组大鼠减少,在一定程度上影响睾丸组织睾酮产生,从而成为影响DM雄性大鼠的生殖功能可能的机制之一。
