摘要
林地是生态空间的重要组成部分,在满足人民日益增长的生态环境需求方面承担着重要作用。目前现状林地普遍存在的问题包括林地规划建设面临用地类型混杂和资金瓶颈,生态空间结构布局均衡性、系统性问题突出,林地景观层次单一,配套设施无法满足市民走进自然的需要,难以体现片林的生态效益和社会效益。本文结合奉贤新城生态林地抚育改造,通过现状林地分析,林地规划路径和规划设计方法等方面的思考和梳理,总结了林地综合利用规划的相关经验,以期为后续林地改造工作提供参考。
Forestland is an important part of ecological space,and it plays an important role in meeting people’s growing ecological environment needs.At present the common problems in current forestland include the mixed land use types and funding bottlenecks in forestland planning and construction,the ecological space structure and layout being balanced,the systemic issues being prominent,the forestland landscape effect is not well,and the supporting facilities unable to meet the needs of citizens to enter,it is difficult to reflect the ecological and social benefits of forest.This article combines the project of Fengxian New town ecological forestland,thinking and combing through the analysis of current forestland,forestland planning paths and planning design methods,summarizes the relevant experience of forestland comprehensive utilization planning in order to provide a reference for the subsequent forestland transformation work.
