摘要
存量规划背景下,城市建设面对的情况更为复杂,多方主体的利益冲突加剧。在此基础上,城市设计的价值逐渐体现,并通过其特定的转换效应、整合效应以及过程效应,在多方主体的博弈中起到了良好的平台作用。而城市设计必须站在公共利益的立场上,通过对公共空间的设计控制来体现设计意图,并实现各方诉求的平衡。本文在重新界定公共空间范畴及城市设计工作边界的基础上,提出了以城市设计为平台的工作机制,并对其工作内容及原则进行了阐述,旨在探讨存量背景下,借助城市设计的平台效应推动城市建设高效有序进行的工作方法。
Under the background of inventory planning,the situation faced by urban construction is more complicated,and the conflicts of interest among multi-parties are intensifying.On this basis,the value of urban design is gradually reflected.Through its specific conversion effect,integration effect and process effect,it plays a good role in the game of multi-party players.However,the urban design must stand in the public interest position,reflect the design intent through the design and control of the public space,and realize the balance between the parties’ demands.On the basis of redefining the scope of public space and the boundaries of urban design work,this paper proposes a working mechanism based on urban design with its content and principles to explore the working methods of promoting efficient and orderly urban construction through the platform effect of urban design in the context of stocks.
