摘要
中国经济正处于由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段的关键时期,创业活动对地区经济的发展具有积极作用。文章利用中国2008-2016年30个省(市、区)的面板数据,实证研究了机会型创业、生存型创业两类创业活动与不同情景下地区经济高质量发展的关系。从全国样本来看,机会型创业对区域经济高质量发展水平具有促进作用,生存型创业对区域经济高质量发展水平没有影响。从地区情景看,机会型创业能够促进高创业率与高经济发展水平的地区经济高质量发展水平,对低创业率与低经济发展水平的地区经济高质量发展没有作用;生存型创业则是对高创业率、低创业率、高经济发展水平、低经济发展水平的地区高质量发展均没有影响。这说明机会型创业对区域经济高质量发展产生作用依赖于一定的区域环境。文章最后就所得结论给出了相应建议。
The Chinese economy is in a critical period of transition from a high-speed growth phase to a high-quality development phase.Entrepreneurial activities have a positive effect on regional economic development.Using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2016,empirically studies the relationship between two types of entrepreneurial activities,i.e.the opportunity-based entrepreneurship and the survival-based entrepreneurship,and the high-quality development of regional economy under different scenarios.In the national sample,the opportunity-based entrepreneurship has a positive effect on the regional high-quality economic development,while the survival-based entrepreneurship has no impact on it.In the regional perspective,the opportunity-based entrepreneurship promotes regional high-quality economic development in areas with high entrepreneurial rates and high levels of economic development,but has no effect on the development in areas with low entrepreneurial rates and low levels of economic development.The survival-based entrepreneurship has no significant influence on regional high-quality development,no matter the entrepreneurial rate and economic development level in the area in high or low.The results show that the positive effect of the opportunity-based entrepreneurship on regional development quality requires some certain situations.In the end,it gives some suggestions based on the conclusions.
