摘要
随着高职院校的不断扩招,高职学生数量不断增大,学生的就业也面临着很大的困难。高职院校音乐教育要顺应时代发展的要求,不断加强教学改革与教学管理,以保证高职院校音乐教学的质量。本文尝试将普及性教学与分层次教学相结合,并在教学中做到音乐大众化惠及的同时进行个别教学,促进音乐人才的集中培养。高职院校采用这种音乐教学模式,能加快音乐教学改革的进程,促进学生全体发展及个性化发展。
With the continuous expansion of higher vocational colleges,the number of higher vocational students continues to increase,and students’employment is also facing great difficulties.Music education in higher vocational colleges must comply with the requirements of the development of the times and continuously strengthen teaching reform and teaching management to ensure the quality of music teaching in higher vocational colleges.This article attempts to combine pervasive teaching with hierarchical teaching,and implement individual teaching while benefiting from the popularization of music in teaching,so as to promote the centralized training of music talents.The use of this music teaching mode in higher vocational colleges can spe ed up the process of music teaching reform and promote the overall development and individual development of students.
