摘要
科学技术的快速发展,对当代高职院校老师和学生都提出来更高的要求。高职英语作为一种实践性较强的课程,要求老师们要根据学生们的职业需求达到事半功倍的效果,使学生们快速找准自己的定位,在毕业后的人才市场竞争中获得优势。随着教育体制的不断完善,教师们要积极地顺应改革的时代需求,大胆创新。本文将对高职英语的特点和重要性进行分析,找出高职英语教学发展过程中的误区,通过多方调查了解学生的职业需求以及对高职英语教学的发展要求,积极探究基于职业能力培养的高职英语教学改革策略,旨在为高职英语教学改革研究提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of science and technology,higher requirements are put forward for teachers and students ofhigher vocational colleges.As a practical course,higher vocational English requires teachers to achieve twice the result with half the effort according to students'professional needs,so that students can quickly find their own position and gain an advantage in the talent market competition after graduation.With the continuous improvement of the education system,teachers should actively adapt to the needs of the times of reform and make bold innovations.This paper will analyze the characteristics and importance of higher vocational English,find out the misunderstandings in the development of higher vocational English teaching,understand the vocational needs of students and the requirements for the development of higher vocational English teaching through multiple surveys,and actively explore the vocational English teaching reform strategies based on vocational ability training,in order to provide reference for the research of higher vocational English teaching reform.
