摘要
针对现有煤矿斜巷轨道运输过程中存在的安全隐患和不安全因素,设计了一套基于红外人体识别、视频图像识别、多传感器检测和可编程控制器技术的多装置联动管控一体的矿用斜巷轨道运输安全闭锁监控系统。安全闭锁监控系统的应用,实现了斜巷轨道运输安全高效可靠运行,有效降低了斜巷轨道运输事故的发生率。
Aiming at the problems of incomplete monitoring functions,poor reliability and timeliness,and low safety accuracy in the existing coal mine inclined lane track monitoring system,a set of technologies based on infrared human body recognition,video image recognition,multi-sensor detection,and programmable controller technology were designed,which reduces the accidents rate of inclined lane transportation.
