留窄小煤柱沿空留巷在综采工作面的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为实现东曲矿22802综采工作面的无煤柱开采,提高回采效率,在对28802工作面地质条件充分分析的基础上,对巷道充填系统进行优化设计,采取采用膜袋加固、"超前单体+铰接顶梁"支护、顶板锚索补强等加强支护,削弱采空区侧向支承压力的影响,控制留巷的变形。根据留巷效果分析可知:充填体内部所承受的压力在工作面后方10 m处出现变化,推进至80 m时,压力开始走向平稳,回采期间,巷道的顶板最大下沉量为200 mm,留巷顶板变形处在可控范围内,巷道满足使用要求,实现东曲矿的安全高效开采。 In order to realize the coal-free pillar mining and improve the mining efficiency in the fully mechanized mining face of Dongqu Mine 22802,the roadway filling system is optimized and designed on the basis of the full analysis of the geological conditions of 28802 face.According to the analysis of the effect of retaining roadway,it can be seen that the pressure on the inner part of the filling body changes at 10 m behind the working face,and when the pressure is pushed to 80 m,the pressure begins to strike smoothly,and the maximum subsidence of the roof of the roadway during the mining period For 200 mm,,the roof deformation of the retaining roadway is within the controllable range,and the roadway meets the requirements of use to realize the safe and efficient mining of Dongqu Mine.
