摘要 目前掩护式液压支架安装无法满足实际情况,需要优化现有安装技术来解决此问题。基于此,以汾西矿业曙光矿1226综采面为研究背景,经过对工作面情况的了解,对液压支架的分解、输送及安装方法的分析,得出最优的安装方法,然后对安装技术进行了具体研究分析,解决了支架安装过程中的一些问题。 The current installation of large hydraulic support can not meet the actual situation,so it is necessary to optimize the existing installation technology to solve this problem.This paper takes the 1226 fully mechanized mining face of shuguang mine of fenxi mining as the research background,after understanding the working face,the analysis of the decomposition,transmission and installation method of hydraulic support,the optimal installation method is obtained,and then the installation technology is studied and analyzed in detail to solve some problems in the installation process of support.
