摘要
甲基丙烯酸全氟壬烯氧基乙酯(FNEMA)是合成表面活性剂、表面处理剂等的重要原料,由六氟丙烯三聚体(C9F18)与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯反应合成,具有三种不同的构型.建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定三种不同构型FNEMA(FNEMA-a、FNEMA-b和FNEMA-c)相对质量分数的分析方法,采用Agilent HCC18色谱柱(250 mm×4,6 mm×5μm),柱温25℃,检测波长为210 nm,乙腈-水为流动相作梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min.该方法具有简单、精密度好[相对标准偏差(RSD)<1.5%,n=9]、线性关系良好(R2=0.999 8)等优点.
2-[(Perfluorononenyl)oxy]ethyl methacrylate(FNEMA)with three different configurations is an important raw material for the synthesis of surfactants,surface treating agents and so on,which is synthesized by the reaction of hexafluoropropylene trimer(C9 F18)and hydroxyethyl methylacrylate.FNEMA with three different configurations was identified by GC-MS and NMR,and an high performane liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established to determine the relative content of FNEMA with three different configurations simultaneously.Chromatographic separation was achieved on an Agilent HCC18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm,column temperature 25℃)with a detection wavelength of 210 nm,the mixture of acetonitrile and water was used as a mobile phase through gradient elution with a flow rate of1.0 mL/min.This method is with simplicity,high precision(relative standard deviation RSD<1.5%,n=9)and good linear relationship(R2=0.999 8),which provides a technical basis for controllable preparation,industrial production of FNEMA and the development of its downstream products.The strategy on analysing and identifying the mixed system of FNEMA with three different configurations is the first example.
