摘要
目的在小儿腹泻病治疗过程中对患儿实施中医护理干预,观察并评价此护理模式的应用价值。方法选择2019年1月-2019年8月于医院接受治疗的120例小儿腹泻病患者作为临床观察对象。将所有患儿依据随机数字表法分为参照组和中医组,各组60例。参照组治疗期间予以常规西医护理干预,观察临床表现,合理调整饮食、做好保暖措施、消毒处理等等;中医组治疗期间予以中医护理干预,从辨证施护、饮食调护、病情观察、用药护理、大便观察等多个方面进行干预。观察并对比两种护理方法的护理效果。结果与参照组比较,中医组的护理有效率明显更高,数据组间差异显著(P <0. 05);与参照组比较,中医组的住院时间、退热时间、止泻时间、止吐时间均明显更短,数据组间差异显著(P <0. 05);与参照组比较,中医组家长的满意度明显更高,数据组间差异显著,P <0. 05;与参照组比较,中医组高热惊厥、臀部红肿、水电解质紊乱等并发症发生率明显更低,数据组间差异显著,P <0. 05。结论小儿腹泻病治疗过程中,以常规护理为基础,联合实施中医护理干预,一方面可以缩短各项临床症状改善时间,提高家属对护理服务的满意率,另一方面还能有效降低相关并发症发生率,提高护理效果,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To observe and evaluate the application value of Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the course of the treatment of infantile diarrhea disease. Methods A total of 120 cases of infantile diarrhea patients treated in our hospital from April 2017 to August 2019 were selected as clinical observation objects. According to the random number table method,all children were divided into the reference group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,with 60 cases in each group.The children in the reference group were given conventional western medicine nursing intervention during treatment,and the clinical manifestations of the children were observed. During the treatment of children in the TCM group,TCM nursing intervention was carried out from the aspects of nursing based on syndrome differentiation,dietary nursing,disease observation,medication nursing,stool observation and so on. We observed and compared the nursing effect of two nursing methods. Results Compared with the reference group,the nursing efficiency of children in the TCM group was significantly higher (P < 0. 05).Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time,antipyretic time,antidiarrheal time and antiemetic time of children in the TCM group were significantly shorter (P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of children in the TCM group was significantly higher (P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications such as febrile convulsion,hip redness,water and electrolyte disorder in the TCM group were significantly lower (P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the infantile diarrhea treatment process,on the basis of conventional nursing,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,on the one hand can shorten the clinical symptoms improvement time and raise the satisfaction of children,on the other hand also can effectively reduce the related complications and improve the effect of nursing. It is worthy ofpromoting in clinic.
