摘要
当今社会对技能人才的培养要求不断提高,重点体现在对学生职业核心能力的培养。作为创新型教育模式,以赛促教理念下的教学模式能为学生搭建实践学习平台,从而实现学生职业核心能力的培养。基于此,文章着重分析了职业院校构建以赛促教运行机制的意义、理念与策略,并选取浙江交通技师学院赛车梦工厂项目做了简要的论述,以期为职业院校探索以赛促教教学模式提供借鉴。
Nowadays,the requirement for the training of skilled personnel is constantly rising,which mainly embodies in the cultivation of professional core competence.As a kind of innovative education mode,the teaching mode under the idea of“promoting teaching by competition”can build a practical learning platform for students,so as to realize the cultivation of students’professional core competence.Based on this,this paper emphatically analyses the significance,concepts and strategies of constructing the operation mechanism of promoting teaching by competition in vocational colleges,and select dream works project of racing in Zhejiang Traffic Technician College to do a brief discussion in order to provide a reference for vocational colleges to explore the teaching mode of promoting teaching by competition.
