摘要
目的:研究B族溶血性链球菌(Group B Streptococcus,GBS)的定量分析与母婴感染的相关性。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR技术,在孕周35~37周对孕妇进行GBS检测,并对新生儿进行GBS检测,结合临床病例诊断信息,研究母婴GBS感染情况。结果:共检测孕妇27462例,其中1139例为GBS阳性;阳性孕妇分娩的的新生儿中,有28例为GBS阳性。母婴共同感染有28例。当新生儿GBS拷贝数≥104时,患儿表出现感染或异常体征。随着母亲GBS拷贝数升高(102~109),新生儿GBS拷贝数≥104的比例存在增高的趋势。结论:新生儿所携带GBS拷贝数多少对新生儿感染有影响,且与母亲GBS拷贝数的量呈正相关,临床应采用定量分析方法检测新生儿GBS感染。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the copy number of Group B Streptococcus(GBS)and maternal and infant infection.Methods:The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was carried out on pregnant women at late gestational week(35~37 weeks)and newborn babies to detect GBS.Results:A total of 27462 pregnant women were tested,of which 1139 were GBS positive.The 1139 newborns born to positive pregnant women had 28 GBS positive.These 28 cases were maternal and infant common infection.When the neonatal GBS copy number is≥104,the child has signs of infection or abnormalities.As the mother's GBS copy number increased(102 to 109),the proportion of newborns with GBS copy number≥104 tended to increase.Conclusion:The number of GBS copies carried by newborns has an impact on neonatal infections and is positively correlated with the amount of GBS copies of mothers.Quantitative analysis should be used to detect GBS infections.
