摘要
大扭力电动机是保证传送带运输平稳高效的关键,规格过大、过小都不利于生产和布局。电动机产品众多,其与减速器的组合更是繁杂,为保证电动机选型的准确性,提高选型效率,以实际数据为样本,结合大扭力电动机的特性,通过功率分析计算对其进行分类并建立数据库,再利用Matlab软件设计大扭力电动机及其减速器的组合选型系统,可实现大扭力电动机的自动选型,使应用于智能物流的大扭力电动机选型变得简单易行。
Large torque motors are the key elements to ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of conveyer belts.The inappropriate sizes of large torque motors are not benefit for the production and layout.The number of the samples of motor products is huge,and the combinations of motors and reducers are more complex.In order to ensure the accuracy of the motor selection and improve the selection efficiency,with the actual data as the sample,combined with the characteristics of the large torque motors,the motors are classified by the power analysis and calculation,and a database is established.Matlab is used to design the combination selection software of the large torque motors and the corresponding reducers.The automatic selection of large torque motors can be realized,which makes the selection of large torque motors applied in intelligent logistics simple and easy.
