摘要
目的探讨优化救护车内急救设备管理的效果。方法本院自2018年1月开始实施优化救护车内急救设备管理措施,以实施前(2017年1-12月)作为实施前组,实施后(2018年1-12月)作为实施后组。记录优化救护车内急救设备管理措施实施前后救护车内急救设备校正率、故障发生率,记录医疗事故发生次数;由护士长对实施前后护士责任心、仪器设备维护能力、参与设备管理积极性和仪器操作技能进行评分;由救护车随行医师对实施前后救护车内仪器设备摆放有序度、仪器设备外观整洁度、护理人员配合和工作效率进行评分;采用自制满意度评分表由患者及其家属进行满意度评分。结果实施后救护车内急救设备管理后急救设备校正率显著高于实施前(P<0.05),仪器故障率和医疗事故发生率显著低于实施前(P<0.05);实施后护理人员责任心、设备管理积极性、设备维护能力、设备操作技能显著高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后救护车内设备摆放、环境整洁度、人员配合、工作效率、患者满意度显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论优化救护车内急救设备管理方法可有效地降低设备故障率,提高护理人员的责任心与积极性,提升医护人员对设备的操作与维护技能,降低医疗事故发生率,改善医院仪器设备管理质量和医疗服务水平。
Objective To explore the effects of optimizing first-aid equipment management in ambulances.Methods Management measures for optimizing first aid equipment in ambulances were taken since January 2018.From January to December 2017 was the pre-implementation period while January to December 2018 was the post-implementation period.The correction rate of first-aid equipment management in ambulances and the incidence of breakdown were recorded before and after the implementation of management measures.The frequency of medical accidents was also recorded.Responsibility,maintenance of equipment,enthusiasm in participation in equipment management and operating skills of nurses were scored by head nurses before and after the implementation.The order of equipment,appearance of equipment,coordination of nurses and work efficiency were scored by accompanying doctors before and after the implementation.The satisfaction of patients and their family members was scored with self-designed satisfaction scoring scale.Results The correction rate of first-aid equipment was significantly increased after the implementation(P<0.05).The incidence rates of breakdown and medical accidents were significantly lower than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Scores of responsibility,enthusiasm in participation in equipment management,maintenance of equipment and operating skills of nurses were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).After implementation,scores of equipment placement,environmental cleanliness,staff coordination,work efficiency and patient's satisfaction were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimizing first-aid equipment management in ambulances could effectively reduce the rate of breakdown,improve the responsibility and enthusiasm of nurses,improve the operation and maintenance skills of medical staff,reduce the incidence of medical accidents,improve the quality of hospital equipment management and medical service.
