摘要
当前,随着社会的不断的发展与进步,作为国民经济的支柱产业,建筑行业也赢来了大变更,装配式这一名词被提及,一改了建筑匠人的认知,建造房子变成了搭积木一样简单。这一技术便迅速的受到了人们得青睐,这一技术不仅仅体现在其本身的建造成本较低,建造周期的缩短了,同时,建造过程中产生的污染及消耗的能源也减少了。满足的了大多数人们对房屋建造的需求,但是由于其目前还是处于发展的初步阶段,技术为达到特别成熟。本文就当前针对当前装配式施工的现状问题进行了分析以及提出了一些应对的策略。
At present,with the continuous development and progress of society,the construction industry,as the pillar industry of the national economy,has also won major changes.The assembly type is mentioned,and building a house has become as simple as building blocks.This technology was quickly favored by people.This technology is not only reflected in its low construction cost and shortened construction cycle,but also reduced pollution and energy consumption during construction.It meets the needs of most people for building construction,but it is still in the initial stage of development,the technology has not reached a particularly mature level.This paper analyzes the current status of the current assembly construction and puts forward some countermeasures.
