摘要
目的研究接纳与承诺疗法对乳腺癌幸存患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2019年12月我院收治的64例乳腺癌术后幸存患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予接纳与承诺疗法。比较两组患者的生活质量和心理社会适应情况评分。结果干预后,两组的躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、认知功能、情绪功能、总体健康状况评分明显升高,疲倦、恶心呕吐、疼痛、失眠、气促、食欲丧失、便秘、腹泻、经济困难的感知评分明显降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的自我接纳和自尊、焦虑/抑郁、归属感、态度、自我效能感和自我控制评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接纳与承诺疗法应用于乳腺癌幸存患者,能明显改善其心理社会适应情况和生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To study the effects of acceptance and commitment therapy on the mental state and quality of life of breast cancer survivors.Methods From June 2019 to December 2019,64 patients with breast cancer who survived after operation admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given acceptance and commitment therapy.The scores of quality of life and psychosocial adaptation were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of physical function,role function,social function,cognitive function,emotional function and general health status in the two groups significantly increased,while the scores of fatigue,nausea and vomiting,pain,insomnia,shortness of breath,loss of appetite,constipation,diarrhea,perception of economic hardship significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self acceptance and self-esteem,anxiety/depression,sense of belonging,attitude,self-efficacy and self-control in the two groups significantly increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acceptance and commitment therapy applied in breast cancer survivors can significantly improve the psychosocial adaptation and quality of life,which is worth promoting.
