摘要
介绍了国内及山西省创投机构的现状,分析了国内及山西省创投体系建设中的先进经验及存在的问题,提出了山西省创业投资机构发展的建议,以期为推动山西省科技金融工作提供决策参考。
This paper introduces the status quo of venture capital institutions in China and Shanxi Province,analyzes the advanced experience and existing problems in the construction of venture capital institutions in China and Shanxi Province,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of venture capital institutions in Shanxi Province,in order to provide a decision reference for promoting the work of science and technology finance in Shanxi Province.
