摘要
介绍了制动系统用无油涡旋式空压机的组成及其工作原理。通过高低温试验箱、温度传感器及NI采集设备研究涡旋式空压机在高温环境下的温度特性。通过分析上述温度特性,提出了能适应轨道交通车辆实际运营温度的空压机控制方法。
The paper introduced the component and working principle of oil-free scroll air compressor for braking system.The temperature characteristics of scroll air compressor under high temperature environment were studied through high and low temperature test chamber,temperature sensor and NI acquisition equipment.Based on the analysis above,the control method for air compressor adapting to the actual operating temperature of rail vehicles is proposed.
