MRI动态增强在海绵窦海绵状血管瘤诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探究3.0T磁共振平扫联合动态增强扫描定性诊断海绵窦海绵状血管瘤的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2019年12月之间,在我院收治疑诊为海绵窦海绵状血管瘤患者共计30例,给予患者常规MRI扫描以及常规MRI扫描联合动态增强扫描,对比两者对诊断海绵窦海绵状血管瘤的灵敏度、特异度以及正确率,同时总结分析海绵窦海绵状血管瘤的影像学表现。结果 T1WI序列高信号22例,余下8例为低信号;T2WI序列高信号23例;余下7例为低信号;动态增强,26例呈现"哑铃状"强化,3例病灶不均匀强化,余下1例未见明显强化;平扫联合动态增强诊断海绵窦海绵状血管瘤的灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于常规MRI扫描,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论MRI平扫联合动态增强扫描清晰的显示病变和周边血管、神经的关系,具有较高的灵敏度和准确率。 Objective To investigate the qualitative diagnosis of cavernous sinus cavernous hemangioma by 3.0 T magnetic resonance plain scan combined with dynamic enhanced scan. Methods From January 2019 to December 2019, 30 patients with suspected cavernous sinus cavernous hemangioma were selecetd in our hospital. Patients were given conventional MRI scans and conventional MRI scans combined with dynamic enhanced scans. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of cavernous sinus cavernous hemangioma were diagnosed, and the imaging manifestations of cavernous sinus cavernous hemangioma were summarized and analyzed. Results T1WI sequence with high signal in 22 cases, the remaining 8 cases were low signal;T2WI sequence with high signal in 23 cases, the remaining 7 cases were low signal;dynamic enhancement, 26 cases showed "dumbbell-like" enhancement, 3 cases of uneven enhancement of lesions,;there was no obvious enhancement in the remaining 1 case;plain scan combined with dynamic enhancement in the diagnosis of cavernous sinus cavernous hemangioma, the sensitivity, specific and the accuracy were higher than those of conventional MRI scans, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion MRI plain scan combined with dynamic enhanced scan clearly shows the relationship between lesions and peripheral blood vessels and nerves, and has high sensitivity and accuracy.
