摘要
目的探讨PPH术后耳穴压丸联合心理干预的镇痛效果。方法选择本院于2018年4月-2019年5月收治110例接受PPH手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,奇偶数法随机分为研究组与对照组,两组病例数相同。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上实施耳穴压丸联合心理干预。干预一周后,比较两组患者的VAS评分、术后不良反应发生率、护理满意度比较。结果干预后,研究组VAS评分为(2.4±0.4)分,高于对照组,研究组术后不良反应发生率为3.63%,护理满意度为96.36%%,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PPH术后患者采用耳穴压丸联合心理干预可以明显减轻患者的疼痛感,术后镇痛效果良好,患者术后不良反应发生较少,能够提升满意度。
Objective To explore the analgesic effect of auricular acupoint compression combined with psychological intervention after PPH.Methods From April 2018 to May 2019,a total of 110 patients who underwent PPH surgery were enrolled in our hospital.The odd-even method was randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The number of cases was the same in both groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group performed auricular acupoint compression combined with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.One week after the intervention,the VAS scores,the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the VAS score of the study group was(2.4±0.4),which was higher than the control group,the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was 3.63%,and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 96.36%,which was superior to the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with PPH after acupuncture combined with psychological intervention can significantly reduce the pain of patients,and the postoperative analgesic effect is good.The postoperative adverse reactions occur less,which can improve the satisfaction.
