摘要
目的探讨心理护理联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗不稳定型心绞痛焦虑障碍患者的效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月我院收治的60例不稳定型心绞痛焦虑障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,各30例。2组患者均行常规双心治疗及对症治疗,并给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行心理干预,连续护理2周,观察2组患者对护理工作满意度、焦虑变化情况及治疗依从性。结果护理2周后,2组广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分均低于护理前,且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);2组Morisky用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)评分均高于护理前,且观察组升高更明显(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛可有效改善不稳定型心绞痛焦虑障碍患者的焦虑情绪,提高治疗依从性及对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of psychological nursing combined with flupenthixol and melitracen in treatment of unstable angina pectoris and anxiety disorder.Methods 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris and anxiety disorder who admitted in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine double heart treatment and symptomatic treatment,and they were treated with flupenthixol and melitracen tablets.Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given psychological intervention based on control group.After 2 weeks of nursing,the changes of nursing satisfaction,anxiety and treatment compliance in two groups were observed.Results After 2 weeks of nursing,the scores of Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7)in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and observation group decreased more(P<0.05);The scores of Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS)in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and observation group increased more(P<0.05);The score of nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with flupenthixol and melitracen in treatment of unstable angina pectoris and anxiety disorder can improve anxiety,and increase treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
