摘要
目的探讨集束化镇痛镇静护理干预在重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院重症监护病房(ICU)于2018年5月至2019年5月收治的104例机械通气患者为临床研究对象,104例患者遵循随机分组法分为实验组与对照组,每组52例。对照组52例患者给予常规镇痛镇静护理,观察组52例患者给予集束化镇痛镇静护理,比较两组结局。结果观察组的机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间、咪达唑仑使用剂量、住院时间均比对照组更小(P<0.05)。观察组的呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、意外脱管率、谵妄发生率、4周病死率均比对照组更小(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度98.1%比对照组的护理满意度78.8%更大(P<0.05)。结论在ICU(重症监护病房)机械通气患者中应用集束化镇痛镇静护理,可有效缩短患者的ICU治疗时间,减少药物用量,改善预后,提高患者满意度,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of clustering analgesic sedation nursing intervention on mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods 104 cases of mechanical ventilation patients admitted to our intensive care unit(ICU)from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as clinical research subjects.104 patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random grouping method.Group 52 cases.In the control group,52 patients were given regular analgesia and sedation nursing.52 patients in the observation group were given cluster analgesic sedation and nursing,and the outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The mechanical ventilation time,ICU treatment time,midazolam dose,and hospital stay were significantly smaller in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,accidental dislocation rate,sputum incidence,and 4-week mortality were significantly smaller in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.1%larger than that of the control group(78.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cluster analgesia sedation care in ICU(intensive care unit)mechanical ventilation patients can effectively shorten the ICU treatment time,reduce the dosage of drugs,improve the prognosis,improve patient satisfaction and promote patient recovery.
