观察一次性包皮环切缝合器(DCSD)在儿童包皮环切术中的临床应用情况 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究儿童包皮环切术治疗中一次性包皮环切缝合器的应用效果。方法将我院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的130例包茎、包皮过长患儿为研究对象,随机分两组,对照组实施传统手术治疗,研究组实施一次性包皮环切缝合器治疗,对比两组患儿各项手术指标及手术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组患儿手术治疗中各项指标均优于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童包皮环切术实施中一次性包皮环切缝合器的应用效果显著,能够有效提升治疗效果,降低手术后并发症发生率,提升术后康复质量,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of disposable circumcision suture device in the treatment of prepuce circumcision in children.Methods 130 cases of phimosis and redundant prepuce in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,while the study group was treated with disposable circumcision suture.The operative indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results All the indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of disposable circumcision suture device in the implementation of circumcision in children is remarkable.It can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications after operation,and improve the quality of rehabilitation after operation.It is worth popularizing and applying.
