摘要
目的分析老年心力衰竭患者合并焦虑状态的发生率及其影响因素。方法应用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)对我院100例老年心力衰竭患者焦虑情况进行评价,分析焦虑状态的相关影响因素。结果老年心力衰竭患者的焦虑发生率为43%。老年心力衰竭患者性别、心功能、社会支持和文化程度对焦虑状态有影响(P=0.01、0.000、0.000、0.01)。女性高于男性,心功能越差,其SAS越高,社会支持越好SAS评分越低,知识分子中SAS评分高于非知识分子。结论老年心力衰竭患者的焦虑发生率高,女性,心功能、社会支持和文化程度是其重要影响因素。
Objective To analyze the incidence of anxiety in elderly patients with heart failure and its influencing factors.Methods 100 elderly patients with heart failure were assessed by Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the related factors of anxiety were analyzed.Results The incidence of anxiety in elderly patients with heart failure was 43%.Gender,cardiac function,social support and educational level of elderly patients with heart failure had effects on anxiety(P=0.01,0.000,0.000,0.01).Women are higher than men,the worse the cardiac function,The higher the SAS,the better the social support,the lower the SAS score.The SAS score of intellectuals is higher than that of non-intellectuals.Conclusion The incidence of anxiety in elderly patients with heart failure is high.Female,cardiac function,social support and educational level are the important influencing factors.
