摘要
为获得反射型相位梯度超表面的宽带响应,设计了一种"靶"形结构单元,在11~19 GHz的频带内,不同尺寸的单元可获得基本不变的反射相位差。使用有限元仿真软件COMSOL Multiphysics进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,由该单元组成的超表面在设计频带内有明显的奇异反射现象。计算了5个频点处反射角的理论值,均与仿真结果一致。加工了包含单元数为30×30、尺寸为180 mm×180 mm的超表面样品,测试了超表面的反射率,测试结果与仿真结果相吻合。提出的超表面可应用在许多方面,如超宽带隐身、雷达散射截面的降低和设计高增益天线等。
In order to obtain a wide broadband response of reflective phase gradient metasurface,a"target"shaped structural unit was designed,different sized units could achieve a substantially constant reflection phase difference in the 11~19 GHz.The simulation was carried out using the finite element simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics.The simulation results show that the metasurface has obvious anomalous reflection in the design frequency band.After that,the theoretical values of the reflection angles at the five frequency points are calculated,which are consistent with the simulation results.A metasurface with a unit number of 30×30 and a size of 180 mm×180 mm was fabricated,and the reflectivity of the metasurface was tested.The test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.The proposed metasurface can be applied in many ways,such as ultra-wideband cloaking,reduction of radar cross section,and design of high gain antennas.
