摘要
激光光斑中心检测广泛应用于基于视觉的形变量测系统中,故其检测算法的优劣直接影响系统量测精度。现有的光斑定位算法存在定位精度低,抗干扰能力差等问题,为了实现光斑的高精度定位,提出一种改进的激光光斑中心定位算法。该方法通过将Fisher准则函数应用于Otsu法对光斑图像进行阈值分割,降低了噪声干扰,提高了光斑定位精度。实验表明,与传统的阈值分割方法相比,光斑中心定位误差降低了40%以上。
Laser spot center detection is widely used in vision-based deformation measurement system,so its detection algorithm directly affects the measurement accuracy of the system.The existing laser spot location algorithm has some problems such as low positioning accuracy and poor anti-interference ability.In order to achieve high-precision spot location,an improved laser spot center location algorithm is proposed.In this method,Fisher criterion function is applied to Otsu method for threshold segmentation of laser spot image,which reduces noise interference and improves laser spot location accuracy.Experiments show that compared with the traditional threshold segmentation method,the error of spot center location is reduced by more than 40%.
