陶瓷工业大气污染防治现状、问题与对策 被引量:2

摘要 陶瓷工业颗粒物、SO2、NOx排放占工业源排放比重较高,是我国大气污染防治重点行业。陶瓷工业通过贯彻落实排放标准、实施在线监测、环境巡查等举措,大气污染治理水平迅速提升,大气污染防治取得明显成效。但是,随着近年来我国大气污染防治形势的转变以及污染防治技术的进步,陶瓷工业逐渐暴露出国家排放标准过于宽松、监管漏洞较多、VOCs排放被忽视等制约行业健康发展和污染物持续有效减排的突出问题,建议修订排放标准、健全监管体系、加强VOCs排放管控。 In China,particulate matter,SO2 and NOx from ceramic industry have been accounting for a high proportion of industrial source emissions,and thus ceramic industry is one of the key industries of air pollution prevention and control in China.By implementing emission standards,on-line monitoring and environmental inspection,ceramic industry has rapidly raised its level on air pollution control and remarkable results has been achieved.However,with the changes of the situation of air pollution prevention and control and the progress in control technologies in recent years,ceramic industry has gradually witnessed some major problems,such as excessive loose national emission standards,too many regulatory loopholes and neglected VOCs emissions,which in turn restrict the healthy development and the sustainable and effective emission reduction of gaseous pollutants of ceramic industry.Therefore,this paper calls for the revision of current emission standards,improvement of the supervision system and strengthening on VOCs emission control in ceramic industry from authorities.
