摘要
目的:研究多模态影像融合技术在肝内胆管癌诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法:累计在2017年10月到2019年10月间抽取肝内胆管癌患者40例,对患者进行CT检查和MRI检查并收集检查结果,构建基于MRI-CT的融合影像,初步确定手术治疗方案,与实际手术方案对比分析诊治效果。结果:选取患者术前联合诊断结果与患者实际病情相符,病灶数目、肝内血管走行、变异情况等各项指标均得以呈现。实际手术治疗方案与术前评估的手术治疗方案也完全相同,术后随访期间,3例患者出现术后并发症,未发生死亡。结论:多模态影像融合技术的应用可以显著提升肝内胆管癌的诊断准确性,有助于手术治疗方案的确定,对于提升治疗效果,预防不良并发症,改善患者的生活质量及生存质量具有积极影响。
Objective To study the value of multimodal image fusion in the diagnosis and treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods A total of 40 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma were selected from October 2017 to October 2019.CT examination and MRI examination were performed on the patients and the examination results were collected.The fusion image based on mri-ct was constructed.Results The results of preoperative combined diagnosis were consistent with the actual condition of the patients.The actual surgical treatment plan was exactly the same as the preoperative surgical treatment plan.During the postoperative follow-up,3 patients presented postoperative complications without death.Conclusion The application of multimodal image fusion technology can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,contribute to the determination of surgical treatment plan,improve the treatment effect,prevent adverse complications,and improve the quality of life and quality of life of patients.
