摘要
目的探讨肺癌根治性手术后发生呼吸机辅助性感染的相关独立危险因素。方法将行肺癌根治术患者61例作为研究对象,收集患者临床资料,分析发生呼吸机辅助性感染的相关独立危险因素。结果调查结果显示,患者感染发生部位、患者肿瘤临床分期、吸烟史、合并糖尿病、慢性呼吸系统疾病、手术侵入性操作、手术操作超过3 h、抗肿瘤治疗和住院天数为肺癌根治术患者术后呼吸机辅助性感染的相关独立危险因素。结论可针对引起肺癌根治术后使用呼吸机辅助呼吸后发生感染的危险因素,加强关注和预防,降低患者的感染率,提高治疗效果和生命质量。
Objective To investigate the independent risk factors of ventilator-assisted infection after radical surgery for lung cancer.Methods A total of 61 patients with radical resection of lung cancer were enrolled.The clinical data of patients were collected and the independent risk factors related to infection were analyzed.Results The results of the investigation showed that the location of the infection,clinical stage of the tumor,smoking history,diabetes,chronic respiratory disease,surgical invasive operation,surgical operation for more than 3 hours,anti-tumor treatment and hospitalization days were postoperative respiration for patients with lung cancer radical surgery.Independent risk factors associated with machine-assisted infection.Conclusion The risk factors for the infection caused by ventilator-assisted treatment after radical mastectomy can be strengthened,the attention and prevention can be strengthened,the infection rate of patients can be reduced,and the therapeutic effect and quality of life can be improved.
