摘要
过于依赖国家电网使得航空兵部队正面临着严峻的威胁和挑战。鉴于分布式电源可有效提高电力系统可靠性,考虑将其运用到军用机场配电网中,提出反映军用机场配电网可靠性的飞行供电不足指标和飞行供电可用率指标,讨论分布式电源不同位置对军用机场配电网可靠性产生的影响,并对分布式电源在军用机场配电网的应用提出了建议。
The Aviation Force is facing severe threats and challenges due to the excessive dependence on the national grid system.Since Distributed Generation can effectively improve the reliability of electric systems,it is proposed to be applied to the military airport distribution network.New indices reflecting the reliability of the military airport distribution network are proposed:Flight Power Supply shortage and Flight Power Supply Availability Index.The influence of different Distributed Energy positions on the reliability is discussed and suggestions for the application of Distributed Generation in the military airport distribution network are also put forward.
