摘要
包括腺瘤检出率在内的一系列指标与筛查性结肠镜术后结直肠间期癌的发生率和死亡率密切相关,可用于评估内镜医师的结肠镜操作质量。各项研究中腺瘤检出率等指标的差异较大,因此质量控制至关重要。信息反馈是其中一种备受瞩目的质控方式,具体反馈设计形式多样。本文就信息反馈对腺瘤检出率等结肠镜检查质量控制指标影响的相关研究进展作一综述。
A series of measures of colonoscopy quality including adenoma detection rate have been applied in clinical practice because of their correlation with incidence and mortality of interval colorectal cancer.Adenoma detection rate varies in different studies,and quality control is essential.Feedback is one of the most popular intervention techniques to modify adenoma detection,and having various study design.This article reviewed the advances in studies on impact of feedback on adenoma detection rate and other colonoscopy quality control indicators.
