摘要
目的探讨孕期和哺乳期高脂饮食对雄性子代压力感受器反射和心率变异性的影响。方法母鼠受孕后随机分成高脂肪和正常脂肪喂养组,雄性子代断乳后均以正常饲料喂养至生后3月龄。应用硝普钠和苯肾上腺素药物,检测清醒状态下压力感受器反射功能;无线遥测系统记录动物清醒自由活动状态下血压和心率,评估心率变异性,分析自主神经活性。结果试验组和对照组比较:给药物期间,血压变化值与心率变化值关系的回归线的斜率均显著降低(P<0.05);RMSSD、HF显著降低(P<0.05),LF及LF/HF升高(P<0.05)。结论高脂饮食组压力感受器反射敏感性显著下降,交感神经活性显著增高。
Objective To investigate the effects of high-fat diet during pregnancy and lactation on the baroreceptor reflex and heart rate variability in male offspring.to investigate the effects of high-fat diet during pregnancy and lactation on baroreceptor reflex and heart rate variability in male offspring.Methods The female rats were randomly divided into high-fat and normal-fat feeding groups after conception,and male offspring were fed with normal feed until 3 months of age after weaning.Sodium nitroprusside and phenylephrine were used to detect the baroreceptor reflex function during the awake state.The wireless telemetry system was used to record the blood pressure and heart rate of animals when they were awake and free.The heart rate variability was evaluated,and autonomic nerve activity was analyzed.Results In both experimental group and control group,during drug administration,the slope of the regression line of the blood pressure change value and heart rate change value was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and RMSSD and HF were significantly decreased(P<0.05),however the levels of LF and LF/HF were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion In the high-fat diet group,the sensitivity of baroreceptor reflex is decreased significantly,while sympathetic nerve activity is increased significantly.
