摘要
83年严打,为弥补基层警力不足,部分地区试行合同制民警。至90年代中期,《人民警察法》实施,公务员制度逐步建立。合同制民警中,大部分人经考试被招录为正式民警;无法通过考试的,只能离开公安队伍。为解决他们的生活困难,各地纷纷出台相关政策,化解历史遗留问题。
In order to make up for the lack of grass-roots police forces in the severe crackdowns in 1983,contract police were piloted in some areas.By the mid-1990s,with the People's Police Law was implemented and the civil service system was gradually established,most of the contract police are recruited as formal police through examinations.While those who cannot pass the examination can only leave the public security team.In order to solve their difficulties in life,various regions have introduced relevant policies to resolve the problems left over by history.
