摘要
目的探讨清肺排毒汤联合克力芝治疗新冠肺炎的优势。方法基于新冠肺炎死亡患者病理解剖结果和国家卫健委新冠肺炎诊疗方案第六版,结合临床资料,探讨清肺排毒汤联合克力芝治疗新冠肺炎的优势。结果认为清肺排毒汤联合克力芝治疗新冠肺炎可中西并重,优势互补,标本兼治,将克力芝的抗病毒与清肺排毒汤的清肺热、健脾运,祛痰湿,调气机、畅气化作用相结合,从抗病毒、免疫调节、减少渗出,缓解肺间质水肿,清理气道、改善通气等多途径、多靶点作用于疾病的病理过程,抑制了疾病进展,对于疾病的不同阶段,不同类型,使症状、影像学短期内改善,缩短疗程,减少重症发生。结论清肺排毒汤联合克力芝治疗新冠肺炎具有急用、实用、效用的优势,值得推广。
Objective To explore advantages of novel coronavirus pneumonia treated by Qingfei Detox Soup combined with Lopinavir and Ritonavir Tablets.Methods According to clinical data,advantages of novel coronavirus pneumonia treated by Qingfei Detox Soup combined with Lopinavir and Ritonavir Tablets was studied based on the pathological findings of the novel coronavirus pneumonia patients and the sixth edition of the National Health Protection Committee's novel coronavirus pneumonia diagnosis and treatment plan.Results Qingfei Detox Soup combined with Lopinavir and Ritonavir Tablets can treat the novel coronavirus pneumonia by joint with Chinese tradition Medicine and Western Medicine,and complement each other.Both the antiviral effect of Lopinavir and Ritonavir Tablets and Qingfei Detox Soup are combined with the functions of clearing lung heat,strengthening the spleen,removing phlegm dampness,regulating qi and activating qi.Diameter and multiple targets act on the pathological process of the disease and inhibit the progress of the disease by ways of antiviral,immunomodulatory,reducing exudation,alleviating pulmonary interstitial edema,clearing airway,improving ventilation,etc.For different stages and types of the disease,the symptoms and imaging can be improved in a short time,the course of treatment can be shortened,and the occurrence of severe disease can be reduced.Conclusion The treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia by Qingfei Detox Soup combined with Lopinavir and Ritonavir Tablets has advantages of urgency,Practical and utility and is worthy of promotion.
