摘要
600 MW火电厂燃煤机组汽轮机基础上部结构(运转层)(以下简称为"汽轮机基座")施工,是整个电厂土建工作中的重中之重,在组织协调、构件体量、复杂程度、精度控制、机具等资源投入、作业人员素质要求等诸方面都极具挑战性,要求每个施工人员必须严格执行既定的施工程序和作业要求、确保汽轮机基座在完全受控的条件下作业。本文通过某海外电厂600 MW机组已施工完毕投入运行的汽轮机基座成功案例,系统地对600 MW机组汽轮机基座施工工艺技术进行了总结,以期对同类项目施工提供一定的参考。
600 MW coal-fired unit steam turbine base of upper structure(operation layer)"hereinafter referred to as the steam turbine base construction"is the core of the whole power plant civil work,which is extremely challenging,no matter from the resource investment in organization,coordination,component size,complexity,accuracy control and machinery,to the operator quality requirements,and other various aspects,and which requires each operator to strictly implement the established construction procedures and operation requirements,to ensure the steam turbine base operation under fully controlled conditions. Taking the successful case of an international power plant construction of the steam turbine base of 600 MW coal-fired unit turbines into operation,the construction technology of 600 MW unit steam turbine base is systematically summarized,hoping to provide references for similar project construction.
