摘要
目的分析患者对县级医院远程会诊服务认知的影响因素。方法对2017年1月-2018年10月在北流市人民医院接受远程会诊且自愿参加调查的200例住院/门诊患者进行问卷调查。内容包括患者人口学特征、获悉远程会诊途径、远程会诊需求、患者行为意向等,通过患者获悉远程会诊的途径和远程会诊的体验来了解对远程会诊服务的认知,并分析影响因素。结果 200例患者通过医生推荐获悉远程会诊(占84. 00%)多于其他途径;通过会诊解决了患者的会诊需求,消除了顾虑、明确了诊断、有新的治疗方案,且前后比较有统计学意义(P <0. 05);行为意向:推荐远程会诊服务给亲友占99. 00%,再就诊占99. 50%;家庭月收入与行为意向呈正相关。结论患者对远程会诊服务的认知比较高,家庭条件是影响因素。在县级医院开展远程会诊,可使基层百姓感知上级医院的优质医疗服务,愿意留在属地医院诊治,达到分级诊疗的目的。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of patients’ cognition of tele-consultation service provided by county hospitals. Methods A total of two hundred voluntary inpatients/outpatients who received tele-consultation service in Beiliu People’s Hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the investigation with a questionnaire containing such dimensions as the demographic characteristics of patients,the way of learning tele-consultation,tele-consultation demand,the patients’ behavioral intention,etc. How the patients learned tele-consultation and what they felt when receiving tele-consultation service were used to analyze their cognition of tele-consultation service as well as its influencing factors. Results The majority of the patients( 84. 00%,200 patients) learned tele-consultation from doctors. Through tele-consultation,patients’ needs were met,concerns eliminated,diagnoses confirmed,and new therapeutic regimens proposed. There was statistical significance before and after receiving tele-consultation( P < 0. 05). As for patients’ behavioral intention,99. 00% of the patients would recommend tele-consultation service to relatives and friends,while 99. 50% of them would use tele-consultation service for future medical consultation. In addition,monthly household income of the patients and their behavioral intention were positively correlated. Conclusion Patients’ cognition of tele-consultation service is relatively high,in which family conditions are the influencing factor. Conducting tele-consultation in county hospitals enables local patients to acquire excellent medical service from higher-level hospitals and persuades them to receive treatment at local county hospitals,thereby realizing tiered medical system.
