摘要
本文采用化学成分分析和硬度测试等方法,分析了某水电站调压室事故闸门充水阀阀杆断裂原因。结果表明:阀杆热处理回火不充分,使材料硬度偏高,分布不均,因此局部脆性破坏概率增加,圆头和直杆过渡区的应力集中位置导致存在加工分界线,因此使阀杆机加工存在隐患,致使在剧烈振动下容易发生开裂现象;此外,充水过程中,阀头开度较小处于水流不稳定区,阀头振动剧烈,导致应力集中的阀杆圆头与直杆过渡处开裂扩展;基于以上问题,本文对此提出了改进措施并取得较好效果,为工程实践提供了参考。
In this paper,chemical composition analysis and hardness test are used to analyze the fracture reason of the valve stem of the emergency gate in the surge chamber of a hydropower station.The results show that the heat treatment and tempering of the valve stem are not sufficient,the hardness of the material is high and the distribution is uneven,so the probability of local brittle failure increases;the stress concentration position of the transition zone between the round head and the straight rod results in the existence of machining boundary,so there is a hidden danger in the machining of the valve stem,In addition,in the process of water filling,the valve head opening is small in the flow instability area,and the valve head vibration is intense,which leads to the crack and expansion of the transition between the round head of the valve stem and the straight rod with stress concentration.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward the improvement measures and achieves good results,which provides a reference for engineering practice.
