摘要
本文认为现代化的过程实际上也是经济一体化的过程 ,各个国家和地区根据自身的比较优势在国际分工中占据适当的位置 ,从而加速全球和自身的现代代进程 ;如果我们忽视资源禀赋和国际环境的差异 ,简单比照发达国家过去的经验设置现代化的具体的过程性指标体系 ,试图通过政府主导的行动来实现这些目标 。
The process of modernization is also a process of economic integration.Each nation and region takes an appropriate position in international division of labor based on its own comparative advantage,and hence speeds up its own modernization process and that for the whold world.If we neglect differences in resource endowments and international economic environment,set specific indices for modernization process simply follow past experiences in developed countries and try to realize those objectives through government initiatives,the outcome might be actually slowing down the speed to reach the final goals.
