智能化泵站信息系统技术架构的设计和实现 被引量:6

摘要 依托当今自动化、信息化技术的高速发展,市北泵站管理所利用设备更新改造为契机,通过采用中心主站集中监控、同步构建就地数据传输和控制系统的设计,使得自来水输配泵站真正实现无人运行的控制管理模式。文章将以松花江泵站为案例,从通讯网络、自动控制、振动监测、数据管理和远程安防这五个板块简要介绍智能化泵站信息系统的技术架构、功能原理和运行状况,并对将来的优化方向进行了展望。 In the context of the rapid development of automation and information technology, Shibei Pumping Station Management Institute makes use of equipment renewal and transformation as an opportunity to adopt the design of centralized monitoring and synchronous construction of local data transmission and control system in the central main station. It makes the tap water transmission and distribution pumping station so as to truly realize the control and management mode of unmanned operation. Taking Songhua River pumping station as a case, this paper briefly introduces the technical architecture, function principle and operation status of intelligent pumping station information system from five parts: communication network, automatic control, vibration monitoring, data management and remote security. The optimization direction in the future is prospected.
