摘要
目的探讨环境干预护理对新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)早产儿的价值分析。方法随机选取2018年3月—2019年3月收治的78例新生儿重症监护病房早产儿。采取随机数字表法均分为两组。对照组39例早产儿采取常规新生儿重症监护病房护理。观察组39例早产儿在常规新生儿重症监护病房护理的基础上采取环境干预护理。观察患儿CI、血氧饱和度及肺动脉压力。结果观察组新生儿出后1周摄奶量(227.25±31.92)mL明显优于对照组(172.58±31.48)mL,对比差异有统计学意义(t=13.492,P=0.000)。观察组新生儿护理1周后体重(2139.42±184.31)g均明显优于对照组(1968.27±184.28)g,对比差异有统计学意义(t=9.385,P=0.000)。结论针对新生儿重症监护病房早产儿采取环境干预护理可有效改善其生长发育速度。
Objective To explore the value of environmental intervention nursing for premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods 78 premature infants admitted to neonatal intensive care unit from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly selected.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method.39 premature infants in the control group received routine neonatal intensive care unit nursing.The observation group of 39 premature infants took environmental intervention nursing on the basis of routine neonatal intensive care unit nursing.CI,blood oxygen saturation and pulmonary artery pressure were observed.Results The milk intake(227.25±31.92)mL in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(172.58±31.48)mL one week after delivery,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.492,P=0.000).The body weight(2139.42±184.31)g of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(1968.27±184.28)g after one week of neonatal care,with statistically significant difference(t=9.385,P=0.000).Conclusion Environmental intervention nursing for premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit can effectively improve their growth and development speed.
